On Saturday, December 31, 2023 at approximately 0243 hours Westchester Police responded to the 1400 block of Boeger Avenue for a Disturbance.
Officers arrived on the scene and observed numerous individuals outside arguing. A Westchester Police was attempting to ascertain what was occurring, and an individual shoved the Officer causing minor injuries. Johnnell Pierce, 33, Westchester was charged with one count of Felony Aggravated Battery to a Police Officer, Misdemeanor Battery, and Misdemeanor Violation of the Concealed Carry Act. Pierce will be transported to the 4th District Cook County Courthouse in Maywood for a bond hearing.
