Deputy Chief Stieber Retires

The Westchester Police Department would like to congratulate Deputy Chief Rich Stieber for twenty eight years of dedicated service. Rich started his career with Westchester as a Patrol Officer in 1994. His service included ten years as a Dare Officer, eight years as a Sergeant and three years as Deputy Police Chief of Patrol. The Westchester Police Department wishes you a happy retirement with your wife and grand kids. Congratulations #125 you are 10-42.
