- 5am tack coat (fresh oil) on Norfolk from Wedgwood to Roosevelt & Canterbury from Mannheim to Westchester Blvd. Paving will begin at 8am, same areas
- Wedgwood & Gladstone bridges will be closed to vehicle traffic from 5am-7am, detour to Roosevelt Rd.
