The properties in the Village of Westchester commonly known as 10001 Roosevelt Road, 9999 Roosevelt Road, 9999 Derby Lane, 9930 (a/k/a 9914) Derby Lane, and 9909-9919 Roosevelt Road have been noncompliant with the Westchester Municipal Code for some time.

The Village of Westchester receives Lake Michigan source water, which is treated by the City of Chicago before it’s transmitted to the Broadview-Westchester Joint Water Agency (BWJWA) for further distribution.

Look Out for Community Solar Program Postcards from the Village of Westchester! Residents will soon receive postcards with details about the Village’s partnership in the Metropolitan Mayors Caucus Community Solar Program, an initiative recommended by our GROW Ecological Commission.

In May of 2023 West40 Intermediate Service Center #2 announced that it purchased St. Joseph High School in Westchester in its plan to produce a state-of-the-art learning facility campus and be a good community neighbor. The Village will post updates as information is recieved from West40.
