The properties in the Village of Westchester commonly known as 10001 Roosevelt Road, 9999 Roosevelt Road, 9999 Derby Lane, 9930 (a/k/a 9914) Derby Lane, and 9909-9919 Roosevelt Road have been noncompliant with the Westchester Municipal Code for some time.

The Village of Westchester receives Lake Michigan source water, which is treated by the City of Chicago before it’s transmitted to the Broadview-Westchester Joint Water Agency (BWJWA) for further distribution.

On Wednesday October 30th, the Village of Westchester hosted a memorable celebration of Italian-American Heritage Month at Village Hall.

On Saturday October 19, 2024 the Village of Westchester hosted the fall Shredding event. Thank you SBC Waste Solutions, Cook County Sheriff Office Prescription Drug Take-Back/Electronics, and the Westchester Food Pantry who participated in this event.

This past Saturday, October 5th, the GROW Ecological Commission hosted a successful Tree Walk event under sunny skies and perfect fall weather!
